We have twenty CNC springs and wire bending centers from WAFIOS. These latest-generation CNC bending machines from the leading manufacturer have up to 20 axes and bend wires three-dimensionally and in almost any geometry.
Fully automatic chamfering, embossing or grooving (circumferential groove) is also possible directly on the machine.

Enormous range of materials and well-stocked wire warehouse
We bend stainless steel and steel wire from 0.6 to 14.0 mm in diameter and spring steel wire up to 8.0 mm. We can even process special wires such as titanium or pre-galvanized spring steel wire.
We have around 250 tonnes of European quality wire in various dimensions and materials in stock at all times to ensure short delivery times, the best possible security of supply and high flexibility.
