We can carry out a variety of further processing steps on your bent wire part to make it exactly to your requirements.

Welding technology
We have three robot welding booths and numerous welding stations, which are operated by our experienced staff. This enables us to offer you high-quality welded assemblies or the welding of steel and stainless steel components using various welding processes: TIG welding, MAG welding and resistance welding.
End processing
If you require a high-quality feel or specific functionality on the wire ends of your product, we can offer you a wide range of end processing options: Chamfering, tehrmic rounding (welding process in which the wire end is fused into a hemisphere), milling or embossing of the wire end as well as internal and external thread cutting.
Surface finishing
To refine the surface, we offer numerous processing methods such as pickling, electropolishing, galvanizing, chrome-plating and powder coating. Thanks to our laser marking system, we are also able to provide your wire parts with individual inscriptions and logos.
Wire technology for additional functions
We can subject your workpiece to further wire processing steps. These include applying internal and external threads, embossing selected areas, drilling holes at precisely defined points, milling notches at a specific point, applying a circumferential V-groove and longitudinal turning.
Application of add-on parts
In many cases, the functionality of a product also requires the attachment of additional components made of metal, plastic or silicone. For example, we assemble plastic plug-in connectors and anti-slip hose covers.
