Service and Delivery at a Glance
Hinterdobler Fabrikations GmbH in Bad Griesbach performs CNC-bent wire manufacturing, bent tube manufacturing, and manufacturing of coat hangers in small batches starting at 1 piece up to large production runs of 800,000 pieces, with no minimum order quantity. The standard delivery time is two to three business weeks; express deliveries are possible within a few days. We typically respond to inquiries within two business days, and often on the same day. We perform manufacturing in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and supply customers in Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland, as well as in the rest of Europe and other countries outside Europe.
CNC Wire Bending
Hinterdobler Fabrikations GmbH has been manufacturing CNC-machined wire-formed parts for several decades.
Drawing on our experience from thousands of projects, we are well-positioned to assess the possibilities, opportunities, and limitations of CNC wire-bending technology and to implement them in ways that add value for our customers.
CNC wire bending is a reliable and cost-effective manufacturing process that enables the production of precise and easily reproducible parts. Changes and optimizations can be implemented quickly and easily. In addition, there are typically no tooling costs involved.
Tolerances
As a general rule, we manufacture in accordance with the standard tolerance DIN ISO 2768-m (medium), which is commonly used in CNC wire bending. However, the specific manufacturing tolerances depend on the wire diameter, leg lengths, material hardness, and the complexity of the geometry.
At Hinterdobler, we review manufacturing tolerances based on customer drawings and CAD data and provide our realistic assessment. For functionally critical dimensions with tight tolerances, compliance can be reliably verified through a sample inspection.
Tolerances

Materials
We process stainless steel wire 1.4301 (V2A), 1.4571, and 1.4404 (V4A), steel wire S355 / C9D / S235, spring-hardness stainless steel wire 1.4310, galvanized drawn iron and spring steel wire, bright spring steel wire, and specialty wires such as titanium or plastic-coated wires. In this regard, we rely primarily on high-quality wires from long-standing suppliers in Europe, whose bending quality has consistently impressed us for many years.
We can process steel and stainless steel wires with diameters ranging from 0.6 to 14.0 mm, and spring steel wires with a maximum diameter of 8.0 mm.If the material requested by our customers is not available in our extensive inventory, we can source it as needed or process material provided by the customer.
Batch Size and Minimum Quantities
Hinterdobler Fabrikations GmbH performs manufacturing for small production runs ranging from 50 to 500 units, large production runs ranging from 10,000 to 800,000 units, and all quantities in between. There is generally no minimum order quantity—we are also happy to produce prototypes, custom-made items, and very small runs of fewer than 50 units.
ISO 9001:2015
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by DEKRA Certification GmbH. The scope of certification covers the manufacture, processing, and distribution of wire and tube bent parts. With our certification, we ensure that customers in the medical, electrical, and automotive sectors, as well as in industry, mechanical engineering, and other industries, receive consistent quality, documented processes, and reliable manufacturing. In addition, we are, of course, happy to draft and sign a customized quality assurance agreement.
Delivery Times
Our standard lead time is approximately two to three business weeks, depending on the order quantity, material availability, and the complexity of the bent parts. For urgent projects, we can also arrange delivery within a few days—our customers greatly appreciate this flexibility. If additional processing steps—such as threading, drilling, or electropolishing—are requested, the delivery time may be extended by one to two weeks; however, our long-standing partners in the areas of further processing and surface finishing are also committed to short turnaround times and can respond flexibly to your needs.
Delivery Area and Shipping
We ship our wire-formed parts to customers in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and other countries both within and outside Europe. Shipping within Germany typically takes one to two business days; to Austria, two to three business days; and to France, about three business days. Upon request, we will tailor the packaging and

To process your request, we need either a technical drawing, a STEP or DXF file, a dimensioned sketch, a photo with dimensions, or a sample part; and we also need information on the desired material and the planned order quantity.
Based on this information, we will provide you with a free, no-obligation quote that includes the delivery time. Once you place your order, you will receive our order confirmation, and we will schedule your order for manufacturing. After your order has been shipped, we will send you our e-invoice via email, which you can pay within 10 days with a 2% discount or within 30 days net.

Warranty
All of our wire-formed parts are covered by the statutory warranty. Since we perform manufacturing exclusively according to customer drawings, CAD data, or agreed-upon specifications, and every production run undergoes our documented quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, our customers can rely on dimensionally accurate and reproducible parts. We are happy to provide an initial sampling with an initial sample inspection report.
Complaints and Quality Assurance
At Hinterdobler Fabrikations GmbH, we perform all wire-formed part manufacturing in accordance with customer requirements, drawings, or agreed-upon specifications. Should a deviation nevertheless occur, we handle complaints quickly, transparently, and with a focus on finding solutions.
Please report any quality issues or shipping damage as soon as possible, specifying the relevant order or delivery note number, and send us a detailed description of the problem or relevant photos.
Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate the matter and coordinate the next steps with you, always prioritizing the immediate resolution of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer you free repair, a replacement shipment, or a credit. The return of the goods subject to the complaint should only take place after prior consultation.
It is very important to us that you feel well taken care of, even in the event of a complaint.
